Importing from Europe to UK

A.

As well as exporting to Europe from the UK, we can also import your goods from selective countries from Europe to the UK.

From time to time, we may request proof of your identity and billing address before your order can be processed.

Copies of the documents we may request are as follows:

  • Passport
  • EU Identity Card
  • Driving Licence
  • Utility Bill or similar

The documents would have to be sent via email to [email protected] 

Delay in sending these documents may result in the delay of collection/delivery of your pallet order. In addition, we have the right to cancel and refund the order without prior consent and you will be notified.
