Track Your Pallet

Customer Help Centre

What can we help you with?
Q.

Where to get a pallet?

A.

We always highly recommend customers to always pre-palletise their pallets prior collection.

You can usually find pallets from your local DIY store or Garden Centre such as B&Q, who sometimes can offer pallets for free or for a small charge along with suitable packaging equipment such as ratchet straps, banding, and pallet wrap, which can be found on Amazon, B&Q or Screwfix. (National Pallets have no association or affiliation with any companies mentioned)

We can bring a pallet upon collection if you choose the Wooden Pallet option and can only bring a maximum of 2. However, please be aware that once the driver comes to collect your pallet, the driver only has up to 10 - 15 minutes per collection round and they are unable to help you package your goods.

We are also unable to bring pallets for engine/gearboxes, oversized pallet orders, international collection/deliveries, personal/household goods and any bricks, tiles, slate, aggregate, stone or similar.
