Haulable Pallet Delivery
Haulable offers a range of services that collect pallets from your place of your choice and deliver them as early as the next day. Pallet collections take place 5 days per week, between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
If you need extra security on your pallet delivery, Haulable currently offers protection of £1.30 per kilo on your final booking weight. You can also track the progress of your pallet delivery with our accurate tracking tool.

How do I track a pallet delivery?
Use our simple tracking tool to follow the progress of your pallet delivery. The tracking information will only begin once the pallet has been collected. Once collected and in transit you can then see the various movements the pallet goes through from collection to delivery.
You will receive an email on the day the pallet is scanned onto the delivery vehicle and then a final email confirming the pallet has been delivered.
Can I have a pallet delivered on bank holidays?
Please be aware that UK bank holidays and national holidays may cause delays in collections and deliveries.
Therefore, any pallet consignments which are travelling over these days are likely to incur delays and are not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for these consignments to be delivered.
Service Restrictions
Collections are between 9am to 5:30pm.
Pallet bases must be L 120cm/47.24” x W 100cm/39.37” x H 14cm/5.51” made of wood with a 4-way pump truck access.
Pallets over 750kg in weight require a fork lift facility at both collection and delivery points.
Prior collection, goods must be ratchet strapped/banded and shrink wrapped securely onto the pallet and be kerbside prior collection by the sender.
Full tracking should be available once the pallet has been collected and reaches the collection depot.
If a collection attempt fails due to the absence of a pallet, or the items not being securely loaded onto a pallet, a charge may apply.
