Collections can be made any time between 9 am and 5.30 pm.        

We are only able to contact the depots between 9 am - 5 pm to pass over any information to help the driver ensure a successful collection.     

Note: Please note the depots will not provide estimated times for collections.                                                     

Note: Please be aware that if you are provided a collection or delivery ETA by the depot themselves that ETA's are not guaranteed times.
