Deliveries cannot be made on to soft ground such as grass, gravel or soil, to a premise where it is illegal for a lorry to park or unload, where the surface of the access road is very unstable to park or unload or where the access road is on a steep incline. This is a kerb-side delivery service. Unfortunately, our drivers are unable to enter your premises to collect or deliver your goods. If you are in any doubt of the suitability of the delivery premises, please contact us and we can advise you.
