What can we help you with?
Q.

Sending Pallets to Europe after Brexit

A.

After Brexit, you will now need to declare additional information for all goods shipped between UK and European Union.

From 1st January 2021 you will be required to provide a Commercial Invoice (Electronically) that should include all the relevant export data and with all of the necessary details for customs purposes.

Failure to provide the accurate information will result in your pallets not being able to be despatched until customs have cleared the shipment allowing it to leave the UK. This may also cause further delays with your collection and deliveries.

Border control may decide to check your shipment which may also incur additional fines increasing your costs.

To minimise any delays National Pallets will perform a number of checks to ensure you have provided all relevant information prior to the pallets leaving your facility.
