We want to make your life as easy as possible and so we have designed a simple to use National Pallets tracking system. This system works for deliveries within Europe as well as the UK.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us quoting the tracking number. To access the tracking information on your consignment you can either click on the link within the email, log into your account or from the home page on the National Pallets website. The tracking information will only begin once the pallet has been collected, until that point the status will show as processing. Once collected and in transit you will then be able to see the various movements the pallet goes through from collection to delivery. You will receive an email on the day the pallet is scanned onto the delivery vehicle and then a final email confirming the pallet has been delivered.
