What is Fulfilment by Amazon?

Fulfilment is a service which enables third party sellers to have their products shipped from an Amazon Fulfilment Centre to their customers. The service means all items purchased will have the same standard shipping rates – including FREE super saver delivery - and policies as Amazon’s own stock.

After a customer places an order through the FBA, the order, the carrier, dispatch date and estimated delivery date for the parcel will be listed in customers’ “Your Account” section on the Amazon homepage. The delivery can also be tracked through Amazon’s tracking service.
