Pallet delivery services
Below is a brief explanation of the various pallet deliver services we offer throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
Pallet delivery services U.K.
Same Day Pallet Collection:
National Pallets offer a time critical service for your requirements. Simply place your order by midday (Monday to Friday) for collection before 17.30 hours the same day.
Next Day Pallet Collection:
If you book your consignment after 12 noon, we would not be able to collect that day but would be able to collect before 17.30 hours the following day.
Economy (48 Hour) Pallet Collection:
If there is no urgency to your collection, then the Economy 48 hour service is for you. If placed before 12 noon, it would be collected the following day, or after 12 noon, the day after that.
Next Day Pallet Delivery (Premium):
The next day service is available to most destinations. If the delivery is to a remote part of the country, it’s always worth a phone call to check the level of service. Unless you have requested an AM or timed delivery, deliveries are made between 9 and 17.30 hours.
Next Day (am) Pallet Delivery:
If the delivery is urgent or time sensitive, AM is always a good option. Delivered between 9 -12 (Monday to Friday) same restrictions will apply on the more remote destinations.
48 Hour Pallet Delivery (Economy):
This is the less expensive delivery option, with delivery made 48 hours after collection.
Saturday (am) Pallet Delivery:
This is a very handy extra that we offer, just in case you work all week and are not able to receive your pallet delivery during the week. Although it does cost extra, at least you know you will be in. The majority of Saturday deliveries are done by 12 noon, so you don’t have to stay in all day.
Pallet Delivery Services Southern Ireland
The Irish pallet delivery service is as reliable and efficient as the UK pallet service. We offer collections and deliveries from all areas, the only difference is we are unable to offer next day collection or delivery. Collection is 48 to 72 hours and delivery is the same. Pallet Delivery Services Europe
The European pallet delivery service works in exactly the same way as the UK service. The collection options are the same as in the UK, it’s just the transit time that is different.
2 – 5 Day Pallet Delivery (Premium):
We offer a premium European pallet delivery service which is normally a 48 hour service to most destinations but not all. Delivery to remote parts of Europe can take up to 5 days. View our European pallet delivery (link on hover) schedule.
Extra Bits, some free and some you pay for
Tail lift deliveries
All vehicles come with tail lifts, so if you don’t have a fork truck (and most of us don’t!!) this is the way the pallet is taken from the delivery vehicle. We don’t charge for this, it’s one of the free services from National Pallets.
Handball Deliveries
Another free service from National Pallets offering a handball service. The driver will remove the goods from the pallet and remove the pallet and wrap. The handball facility is off course within reason. A driver cannot be expected to handball a ton pallet of bricks. It is also not his responsibility to place the goods within the delivery location. He is not insured to do this.
Need a Pallet?
Sadly this is not a free service but still responsibly priced. For £7.50 plus VAT the driver will bring the pallet with him. He will help to load the goods on the pallet and will also help to secure the goods. It is however, the customers overall responsibility to ensure the goods are safe and secure.
