What happens if I miss my collection?

A.

The price paid is for one collection / delivery attempt. Commercial vehicles are not cheap to run and if the goods are not ready for collection or if no one is available at the delivery point or refuses delivery, an additional charge of £20.00 plus VAT will be made. Collection and delivery can be made any time from 9 am until 5.30 pm unless you have paid for timed deliveries.                                                 

Note: Please be aware, during busy periods ofthe year, collections and deliveries can be made beyond these times.
